The idea for Citravest Management came from listening to concerns in the industry with coordinating renovation and property management of single-family investment homes. In forming Citravest, we built a management team comprised of successful real estate professionals, investors, a project manager, and expertise from past property managers.
The Citravest Management team handles property improvement and property management of single-family homes. The vendors we use are licensed, insured, and have extensive experience in all aspects of home repair and renovation. One of our keys to success is having a flat organization which allows us to renovate and lease homes internally saving time and creating management efficiencies for our clients and for tenants.
Citravest has a focused geography within roughly a 15 mile radius of the Disney World area of the Orlando, Florida. This geography includes the Citrus Ridge and Four Corners area as well as the communities of:

- Celebration
- Reunion
- Winter Garden
- Clermont
- Davenport
- West Kissimmee
- Haines City
- Winter Haven
By being focused in this area we can be experts in finding you a tenant quickly. Focused geography also creates a great tenant referral network that our clients can capitalize on.
